Richard Switzky – Managing Partner

Richard Switzky joined Publicis in 2002. He has more than 25 years experience in customer service, operations and technology management in North America, Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. Richard has worked extensively across the finance, technology and travel sectors with leading companies in the respective fields, including ANZ, KPMG and Air New Zealand/Ansett.

In each role Richard has been responsible for managing large numbers of staff across different countries. His key achievements include delivering significant operating cost savings while also improving performance in benchmark service levels and setting up more efficient electronic business channels.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in Executive Management form St.John's University in New York.

Gurdeep Sanun (Just call me 'G') – Manager Business Development

Gurdeep Sanun has over 15 years management experience within Sales, Marketing and Consultancy. Gurdeep has developed a wealth of experience across Finance, Energy, Publishing and Travel sectors and has worked with world leading outsourced customer contact providers including Teleperformance, arvato services (Bertelsmann AG) and Brann Worldwide.

Gurdeep joins Publicis Solutions to focus on generating strategic new business in addition to building on the existing relationships through global best practice methodologies.

Michael Morrow – Manager Business Solutions

Michael has over 22 years of customer service and management experience. He has had extensive customer relationship management responsibilities in the aviation industry, and has successfully managed small to medium enterprises in the IT industry.

Michael brings a wealth of qualifications in customer service, management and technology skills to the business and is strongly focused on customer satisfaction.
